Final Exam Schedule is Set
Final exams for students in grades 6-8 will begin on June 4. See the exam schedule here...

iSchoolBox Available for Students and Parents
There is a new app available for the Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior High campuses. iSchoolBox is a free app available in iTunes and the Android store. Simply search for iSchoolBox Free. Click here if you are on an iOS device. Click here if you are using an Android device.
Once the app is installed, enter Paradise ISD in the search field and select the campus you are interested in following. The campus can then be added to your favorites list for easy access in the future by clicking the star in the top right corner.

Students Enjoy Yearbook Signing Day
On May 15, students at Paradise Junior High received their yearbooks and had a signing party in the cafeteria. We have photos and video of the event here...

7th Graders Create Poetry
Students in Mrs. Woodard's English classes wrote "Concrete poems" and drew them on our sidewalks on April 16. We have a photo gallery of some of their work here...

Math and Science Team Finishes Well at State

SAN ANTONIO-On April 6, Paradise sent a large group of students to the competitive math and science meet, and the Paradise team placed 2nd overall in 2A. A summary of how our students finished can be found on our math and science page.

Edwards Wins Grand Champion at WC Fair

DECATUR-Paradise sixth grader Ray Edwards earned the Grand Champion award with his steer Freckles. Ray earned this award at the Wise County Youth Fair in March.

PJH Students Win Awards
Several students from PJH competed in academic and art contests at the State Junior Beta Club convention in Grapevine. Faith Blankenship finished first in jewelry design and Cade Candioto finished fourth in talent. Austin Medlin finished first in the state in Math and has qualified to represent Paradise at the National competition in Mobile, Alabama in June. Photos courtesy of Mrs. McAsey.

Paradise Takes First at City View

WICHITA FALLS-On February 23, Paradise sent a group of students to the Math and Science meet at City View Junior High. Paradise took first place in the Sweepstakes. Details are on our Math/Science page.

On September 19, Mrs. Edwards had her seventh grade Ag Science students use their iPads to learn an interesting lesson about plant structure.
